Abstract : First, the software for making the tablet or computer work functionally well, imbibing the features of metering, correcting and altering cost of rise of fuel when and what so ever, giving accurate cost Vs kilometer, which is tamper proof on-line monitoring, and controlling of the auto rickshaw plying anywhere in the region which is brought under the surveillance of the authorities through GPS and satellite based imageries and tracking methods. Second, added features like live streaming of entertainment, media and television shows, advertisement for the passenger as well as introduction of safety features like PANIC BUTTON with a camera taking immediate snaps shots of both the driver and the passenger / occupant of the vehicle and sending the same to the controller room / of both the software control room as well as Police control room and nearby Police station, thereby giving fool proof safety for all involved in the said trip. Third, the social status of the auto drivers is enhanced by this idea and invention. The above mentioned features are always embedded in the software to give utmost safety for women passengers and women auto drivers. The larger impact is to give the social status and improvement of life and betterment for the auto rickshaw drivers especially women drivers. The said meter invented and made would provide also accurate cost and will also have a separate welfare box for both contributions of tips and suggestions/ complaints on the vehicle driver and the service. This would enable the inventor bring in social welfare measures by providing utmost comfort and confidence which is now lacking in the present working and functioning of both auto rickshaws and auto meters. The physical form of meter: The electronic meters today also are very contrived in both limits of functionality and facility. They can be tampered for faster running and fleecing the innocent passenger by tampering done by certain auto owners and drivers. The new invention limits the usage of the meter for the auto driver, who can only press the ON button and cannot do anything to change the features or functioning of the auto meter. Other only possibility of him or her operating the whole meter is to use the provision of printing the bill/ invoice for the customer. Now the box has been done with tamper proof metal, with premium design and state of the art fabrication methodologies bringing in robust, elegant and sleek look yet having all the embedded features like those functions explained elsewhere in this document. The meter box has provisions for online metering, GPS tracking, Google mapping, locating the vehicle, driver and passenger at any time by both the service providers control room as well as the Police control room under whose jurisdiction the vehicle may play. The meter box has additional features like printing of bills, live entertainment and advertisement viewing which again he can choose from the alternatives / choices of channels and advertisements provided by the service provider. The user or passenger can also bring in immediate attention of the authorities by pressing the HELP Button (Panic button) if in case the passenger in unduly harassed by the driver or in case of accidents, health related emergencies. The boxes are also made to suit the end. needs and aesthetics of the vehicle in which it would be fitted. Samples in black (general purpose and common auto), green (eco friendly, eco-fuelled vehicle) and pink ( like exclusive women auto, for women, driven by women drivers) are already made and photos are attached (Annexure)The drawings are also attached for the current design, which will be dynamically changed to match and tailor-made to fit the evolving changes in technology and design and manufacturing methods.
